Falcon Lane Apartments
The Falcon Lane Apartment Project will consist of 14 apartment units located on Falcon Lane. The apartment building will be funded in part by through the BC Indigenous Housing subsidy and WFN Own Source Revenue (OSR).
BC Housing Subsidy: WFN was successful in receiving a $2.8 million subsidy that will go toward the apartment project.
OSR: WFN Membership voted in favour of spending $625,180 in OSR to go towards the apartment project.
Fox Road Triplex
The Fox Road Triplex will consist of three rental units located at the end of Fox Road. The triplex will be funded in part by through the BC Indigenous Housing subsidy and WFN OSR.
BC Housing Subsidy: WFN was successful in receiving a $600,000 subsidy that will go toward the apartment project.
OSR: WFN Membership voted in favour of spending $323,045 in OSR to go towards the apartment project.
Project Total
The total project cost is $4,348,125. $3,400,000 from BC Housing and $948,125 from WFN OSR.

April 25 2019 - Membership voted in favour of utilizing OSR funding on the Falcon Lane Townhome Project.
September 2019 - Faction Contracting selected as the project contractor.
January 2020 - Apartment Project Groundbreaking.
February 2020 - Triplex Project Groundbreaking.
February 2021 - Apartment Project Completion.
December 2020 - Triplex Project Completion.
Housing Strategy Community Plan
