Westbank First Nation (WFN) is pleased to offer residents, businesses, and visitors the convenience of managing accounts online. For most of the services we provide, you must register and create a user account. By signing up for eBilling, you can:
- Receive instant email notifications when your bill is ready
- Securely access and download your invoices at any time
- Reduce the risk of mail delays or lost statements
Signing up for eBilling Services
Step 1: Access the WFN eServices portal using the following link: https://online.wfn.ca/
Step 2: Select "Link & Register" to log-in or create an account.
Step 3: Once on the "Link & Register" page, click the "Show Me How" button to get started.
Step 4: Click the "Select Account Type" dropdown and select PT-Property Taxes or UB-Utility Billing.
Step 5: Enter the requested information.
- To register or create an account, you will need the access code located on your Property Tax Notice and/or Utility Bill Notice.
- Access codes can also be obtained by calling the WFN Finance Department (250 769 2400) or Utilities (250 707 3332)
Step 6: Select "Please notify me by email that my utility bill is ready" and "attach a PDF copy of the utility bill to the email" for quick and easy access to your eBill.
Step 7: Enter your email address and click "send verification email". Check your email for a verification code. Enter this code and click "Continue".
Step 8: Create a username, enter your email, and create/confirm your password. Save this information somewhere secure for future access.
Congratulations - you are now signed up for eServices and eBilling!
Adding a Utility or Property Tax Account to an Existing eBilling Services Account
Step 1: Access the WFN eServices portal using the following link: https://online.wfn.ca/
Step 2: Select "Login" and enter your existing account credentials.
Step 3: At the top of the screen, between the speech bubble icons and "logout" button, select your account name to view your profile on the "Account Management" page.
Step 4: On the "Account Management" page, scroll down to where it says "Need to Add an Account?".
Step 5: Select the account you wish to add from the drop-down.
Step 6: Enter the requested information.
- You will need the access code located on your Property Tax Notice and/or Utility Bill Notice.
- Access codes can also be obtained by calling the WFN Finance Department (250 769 2400) or Utilities (250 707 3332)
Step 7: Select "Please notify me by email that my utility bill is ready" and "attach a PDF copy of the utility bill to the email" for quick and easy access to your eBill.
Step 8: Enter your email address and click "continue". You will then receive a sign-up confirmation email in your inbox.
Paying Online with a Credit Card
Step 1: Access the WFN eServices portal using the following link: https://online.wfn.ca/
Step 2: Hover over "eServices" and select "Property Tax" or "Utility Billing" from the dropdown.
Step 3: Log-in using your username and password. If you do not have an account, please see "Signing Up for eBilling Services" above.
Step 4: Select the "Pay Online" tab
Step 5: You will be brought to a payment page. Please make sure to verify details (Account Type, Number, and Amount) before clicking "Process Payment".
Step 6: Once prompted to confirm payment, review and select "OK" to proceed to payment details.
Step 7: Enter payment details and select "Process Transaction".
- This may prompt a verification code from the Credit Card Institution to be entered. If requested, enter the verification code and the payment will be processed.
- A payment receipt will show on-screen and can be saved or printed for your records.
