Please be advised that the Westbank First Nation (WFN) Planning & Development office has received the following application for an amendment to the subject property’s Zoning. We are notifying all Affected Interest Holders, WFN Members and the Advisory Council.

WFN Chief and Council have given initial consideration to amend the subject property’s Zoning from ‘Single Family Low Density’ to ‘Single Family Low Density – with Suite’ on June 9, 2025.
The WFN Affected Interest Holders, the Advisory Council and WFN Members as part of the process described in Section 6 and Section 8 of the WFN Land Use Law No. 2007-01.

Affected Interest Holders, WFN members and the Advisory Council are invited to provide written comments on the proposed amendments to the Land Use Zoning Designations. All comments must be received by WFN Planning & Development by July 3, 2025.
