On December 1st, 2025, Chief and Council resolved to provide initial consideration to amend the subject property’s Zoning and Land Use Designation from Single Family – Low Density Residential (SFL) to Single Family – Low Density Residential with Suite (SFLs). WFN Chief and Council have also requested comments from appropriate reviewing bodies, Affected Interest Holders, the Advisory Council and WFN Members as part of the process described in Section 6 and Section 8 of the WFN Land Use Law No. 2007-01. Comments:
Affected Interest Holders are invited to provide written comments on the proposed amendments to the Land Use Zoning Designations for Chief and Council to consider. All comments must be received by WFN Planning & Development by 4:30 pm on January 6th, 2026.
