Application Summary:
WFN Chief and Council provided Initial Consideration to amend the subject property’s zoning on December 1, 2025 as follows:
• Lot 442: Change the current zone of Mobile Home Park (MH) with a land use designation of Manufactured Home (MH) to a zone of Multi-Family Residential High Density (MF-H) with a land use designation of High Density Residential in “blue” and a Single Family Residential Low Density with a land use density of Low Density Residential in “purple.”
• Lot 500: Change the current zone of Mobile Home Park (MH) with a land use designation of Manufactured Home (MH) to a zone of Multi-Family Residential High Density (MF-H) with a land use designation of High Density Residential in “blue.” The purple to remain as is.
WFN Chief and Council have also requested comments from appropriate reviewing bodies, Affected Interest Holders, the Advisory Council, and WFN Members as part of the consultation process outlined in Section 6 and Section 8 of the WFN Land Use Law No. 2007-01.
