With community safety as a priority, Property Management is excited to announce an upcoming paving project located in front of the Multi-Purpose Room and Gymnasium from August 21 – 29, 2025.
Project Scope:
This project aims to enhance drainage, safety, and parking in the area by removing the asphalt, installing proper drainage systems, leveling the ground, applying new asphalt, and creating additional parking with curb stops.
Project Impact:
The School, Gym, and Multipurpose Facilities will remain open during this time. However, we kindly ask that you use the designated temporary parking areas until the project is complete. Please note that the primary entrance to the gym will be through the Multipurpose entrance. Thank you for your cooperation.
