🚧Property Management is excited to complete the paving project repairs in the community core by adding new concrete sidewalks in front of the gym for accessibility needs and add curbing along the multipurpose room with accessible parking stall and loading zone.
‼️October 14-20th No parking outside the gym
‼️October 17-20th No parking in front of the Multipurpose Room
Project Schedule:
• Oct 14 Scott Contracting to remove Gym entrance concrete sidewalk
• Oct 17 Valley Curbing pour new sidewalk and finish the repairs from the paving project
• Oct 20 Aardvark Line Marking will complete the line painting in front of the gym, multipurpose and the community core complete the parking lot lines
