WFN Utility customers may see delays in the delivery of our current Quarterly Utility Bills, and cheque payments during the Canada Post disruption.
The Canadian Union of Postal Workers (CUPW) began a national strike on Thursday, September 25th, 2025.
Utility Bill payments are due by October 31, 2025. To avoid late payments during the postal disruption, we encourage customers to sign up to our e-Billing platform:
- Add and manage utility accounts.
- View and print current and past bills.
- Pay utility bills online.
- Go paperless by switching to electronic billing (eBilling).

You can call our main office to pay by Credit Card at 250-769-4999 or the Utilities office at 250-707-3332.
- Credit/Debit Card Payments
Log in to our e-services portal to pay with a credit or debit card.
- E-Transfer Payments
Payments can be sent via e-transfer to Centraldesk@wfn.ca using the security password WFNaccounting. Please include your 14-digit utility account number in the transfer notes to ensure proper processing.
- E-Bill Service
You can register for our e-bill service at https://online.wfn.ca/Link-Register. Once registered, e-bills will be sent to your email starting with the next quarterly billing cycle.
- In Person
You may visit our main office at #101 - 515 Highway 97 South to pay by debit, credit card or cheque.
