WFN reminds all residents and businesses that receive a utility invoice by mail to ensure their account is up to date. Payments were due January 31, 2025.
Customers subscribed to eBilling received their invoices for the October 1 – December 31, 2024 billing cycle via email on December 12, 2024. While mailed invoices were originally scheduled for delivery by December 13, 2024, the postal strike prevented their distribution. If you have not received your invoice, you can reference your previous bill amount for payment.
To avoid future delays, WFN encourages all customers to sign up for eBilling through an eService account. This allows you to view your Utility and Taxation accounts online and choose to receive invoices by mail or email. Sign up at https://online.wfn.ca/Link-Register.
