APRIL 8, 2021 COVID-19 VACCINATION CLINIC
April 7, 2021 - WFN’s Health Services team will be holding its last vaccination clinic at Community Services this Thursday, April 8th for Members, family members/individuals from Member households who would like to be vaccinated and missed the previous clinics, please contact Community Services at 250-768-8286 to book an appointment.
COVID-19 cases across British Columbia and within the Okanagan have experienced a significant increase over the past week. This is a concern to everyone in our community, and it remains essential that we all continue to follow the Public Health Orders in effect, regardless of whether you have received a vaccination or not. While the hope is that the severity of the disease and symptoms will be reduced, it remains possible to contact the COVID-19 virus after receiving a vaccine.
COVID-19 does not discriminate and impacts us all. Please continue to follow the Provincial Health Orders in effect, wear a mask to protect yourself and those around you, and practice proper handwashing and sanitary practices. As a reminder, in accordance with the current Public Health Order, indoor gatherings are not permitted. Gathering outside is only advisable within your social bubble and to a maximum of the same 10 individuals.
