Consultation Notice: Proposed Amendment to Land Use Designation & Zoning Regulation

Please be advised that the Westbank First Nation (WFN) Development Services office has received the following application for an amendment to the WFN Land Use Designation and Zoning Regulation. We are notifying all Affected Interest Holders, WFN Members and the Advisory Council.

Application Summary

WFN Chief and Council have given initial consideration to an amendment to the WFN Land Use Designation for Lot 323-21, Plan RSBC 3566R, Tsinstikeptum IR No. 10, from Medium Density Residential to ‘Light Industrial’ and concurrently amending the Zoning from Multi-Family Low Density (MF-L) to Light Industrial (LI).WFN Council has also requested comments from appropriate reviewing bodies, Affected Interest Holders, the Advisory Council and WFN Members as part of the process described in Section 6 and Section 8 of the WFN Land Use Law No. 2007-01.Full application details are available for review at the WFN Development Services office.

Comments

Affected Interest Holders, WFN members and the Advisory Council are invited to provide written comments on the proposed amendments to the Land Use Designation and Zoning Regulation.
