WFN Staff are unable to provide COVID testing at full Capacity
January 20, 2022 - Unfortunately, due to low staffing, the WFN Health and Wellness Team are not able to perform at full COVID testing capacity. Front desk staff are booking COVID tests to ensure that the nurse on-site has more time to focus on performing tests.
The priority for testing at this time is WFN Members and staff who are experiencing symptoms.
Outside of this criteria – if you are experiencing any symptoms please call Interior Health at 1-877-740-7747 or visit the Interior Health website.
Please be assured that the team is doing our best to keep the community safe and provide services with minimal disruptions. Community Services is actively working with FNHA to obtain rapid anti-gen (take-home tests) which will reduce the wait times for testing through Community Services and Interior Health. Members will be notified once these become available.
