As the holiday season approaches, we would like to ensure your needs are considered during the Christmas closure. It is important to plan ahead and arrange for alternate care or services.

Our office will be closed at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, December 23rd, 2021 and will re-open at 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday, January 4th, 2022.During the closure, a staff member will be available to accept phone calls during regular business hours on the following days.
