All Membership meetings will be conducted in a manner that aligns with Enowkinwixw principles and key values identified in our Community and Strategic Planning documents.These include: Equality, Honesty and Fairness, Respectful, Understanding, Peaceful Resolution, Listening, Acknowledgement, Inclusivity, Harmony and a high value placed on Community.

In accordance with section 54.7 of the Westbank First Nation Constitution, this meeting is open to Members and invited employees of WFN only. In this regard, all discussions and any transcription of this meeting are for the benefit of Members only, and must not be disclosed to non-member 3rd parties.

4.APPRECIATION FOR ELDER’S SERVICE
Council would like to recognize the service of Delphine Derickson on the Aboriginal Education Council (AEC) for School District 23.Presentation by Council – 6:30 – 6:35pm

5.OKANAGAN NATION ALLIANCE PROTOCOL
The Membership will be updated on the progress of the Okanagan Nation Alliance Protocol Agreement.Presentation by Chief and Council – 6:35 – 6:45pm

6.QUARTERLY COUNCIL REPORTS
Presentations by Council - 6:45 – 7:00pm

7.WFN FINANCIAL UPDATE
Presentation of the financial update as required by section 83.2 of the WFN Constitution.Presentation by Brian Conner, WFN’s Director of Finance – 7:00 – 7:10pm

8.WFN 2016/2017 ANNUAL BUDGET 7:10 - 7:40 pm
Presentation of the 2016/2017 Provisional Budget to the Membership by Brian Conner and Eric Fleury of the WFN Finance Department, as required by section 80.6 of the Westbank First Nation Constitution.

9.MEMBERSHIP DISCUSSION — 7:40 – 8:00 pm

INFORMATIONAL DISPLAYS

1.HIGHWAYS PROJECTS
The Membership will be provided with information on current and future projects by Evelyn Lube, the Communications Officer for the highways projects.

2.COMMUNITY CORE DESIGN, FOX ROAD/FALCON LANE DESIGN and YOUTH CENTRE PROJECT
The Membership will be updated on the plans for the community core, Fox Road/Falcon Lane, and the Youth Centre, and are invited to provide feedback on these projects.

3.MEMBERSHIP SERVICES
The Membership will be provided with information about the services available to Members through the Membership Services Department.
