Notice: Conditions for voting by mail-in ballot for the March 31, 2016 Referendum
Dear Westbank First Nation Electors:
Electors who are not Ordinarily Resident on Westbank Lands are entitled to vote by mail-in ballot and a mail-inballot will be sent to them unless they advise the Electoral Offi cer in writing that they do not want to receive amail-in ballot. They must advise the Electoral Offi cer that they do not want to receive a mail-in ballot byFebruary 19, 2016.
Electors Ordinarily Resident on Westbank Lands who are unable to vote in person on March 31, 2016 mayapply to the Electoral Offi cer to vote by mail-in ballot. An application to vote by mail-in ballot must be receivedby the Electoral Offi cer by March 15, 2016.
A copy of the Westbank First Nation Constitution can be obtained at the Westbank Administration Building.Copies of the Electors’ List shall be posted on the 2nd fl oor of the Westbank Administration Building and at theCommunity Services Building.
