WFN's reserve lands are comprised of five land parcels totaling 5,340 acres next to the cities of Kelowna and West Kelowna. Since achieving Self Governing status in 2005, WFN has experienced incredible growth and success. The RDCO has a total population of over 222,162. Population At a Glance Membership Demographics Employment at WFN Since 1998, Central Okanagan's population has grown from 150,000 to 200,000 and WFN's total population (Members and Non-Members) has grown from an estimated 5,500 people to 10,000. Likewise, residential units on WFN’s lands have grown from 2,277 homes in 1998 to 4,226 today. WFN’s Membership population as well has seen great increases from 547 Members in 1998, including 66 youth aged 12-18, to 840 Members today, including 108 youth aged 12-18.
