A business license must be obtained before commencement of any business or services provided on WFN Lands.

Short-Term Rentals

To operate a short-term rental,  two things are required:

1.  A property zoned to allow “Short Term Rentals”
2. A business license

There are only a few properties already zoned to allow for short term rentals on WFN Lands (e.g. Copper Sky and Shelter Bay). If your property is not zoned to allow for short-term rentals, WFN requires a rezoning application be submitted to the Planning team.
