The Master Drainage Plan was adopted in 2013 and is focused on major drainage infrastructure for Tsinstikeptum I.R. No. 9 and Tsinstikpetum I.R. No. 10. The technical document provides project cost estimates for capital planning, as well as guidance related to land use, the environment, finance, governance, and strategies for shared management of drainage resources.
