On July 17, 2017 Council resolved to enact a Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Law, pursuant to section 60.2 of the WFN Constitution. This law allows qualifying persons to access non-exempted, WFN-held information, as well as ensures the protection of any personal information collected by WFN in the standard course of business.
