Zoning and land use designations are regulated by our Land Use Law.
Zoning regulates density and how land parcels can be used. Every property on WFN IR9 and IR10 has specific regulations and permitted uses for each zone.
All use of WFN lands conform with the Land Use Plan and Zoning Regulation, as set by the WFN Land Use Law.

Amendments to zoning or land use designation may be requested provided that the proposed amendment is consistent with the Land Use Plan.
