WFN has full jurisdiction of its Lands and Resources as per the WFN Self Government Agreement. Lands are governed under a comprehensive set of community laws as established in Part XI of the WFN Constitution ("Land Rules").

The Regional District of Central Okanagan (RDCO) operates a Regional Geographic Information System used by WFN.
Use the GIS to access information about planning and zoning, engineering, parks, environmental planning, fire protection, waste reduction, and more. The RDCO includes Westbank First Nation, Lake Country, Peachland, West Kelowna, and Kelowna.
