Property Tax Exemption

By checking this box, I declare and certify that the following is true
and accurate:
1. I am a member of Westbank First Nation (“WFN”) and hold an allotment of the
Property under a validly issued Certificate of Possession.
2. No portion of the Property is leased, rented, licensed or subject to a permit for use or
occupation, and that I am entitled to an exemption from payment of property tax in
accordance with section 14(1) of the WFN Property Tax By-law.
3. I will notify and update WFN (attention: Surveyor of Taxes) immediately of any
change to the above.
